Hi there,

I’m an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker, but more than that, I’m someone who cares deeply about how we show up at work and in life. I help leaders in corporate organizations, start-ups and non-profits move through transitions, career shifts, leadership changes, life pivots, with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.

For over 20 years, I built my career in the MedTech and consumer goods industries, working in high-pressure environments across different countries, functions, and teams. Along the way, I coached and mentored leaders at every level, supporting them to grow, adapt, bounce back, and step fully into who they are meant to be as leaders.

I’ve navigated a lot of change myself. Every transition, whether it was changing industries, moving countries, or stepping into bigger roles, taught me something new about leadership, resilience, and the courage it takes to evolve.

Leaving corporate life was one of the biggest transitions of all. It opened my eyes to a new way of working, and of living. I came to believe that if we want healthier workplaces, we have to start by supporting the people in them. That’s what drives me today: helping leaders lead from a place that’s more grounded, more human, and more sustainable.

I’m also proud to coach with How Women Lead, a national network of powerhouse women taking seats at the table, on boards, in venture funding, and in the fight for gender equity.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and our four very entertaining cats. Outside of coaching, I’m usually cooking my way through an Ottolenghi cookbook, hiking a nearby trail, swimming in open water, or getting lost in a good book. I’m known among my friends as the one you call when you need a pep talk, or a hearty laugh.
